THE ODEY-ARCHIBONG PLAN FOR BIASE

THE HAND THAT FEEDS CROSS RIVER MUST NOT BE LEFT BEHIND.

  1. Protect the Farmer

    Improve access to inputs, extension support and productive finance.

  2. Build Agricultural Value Chains

    Move from simply producing crops to processing, packaging and marketing them.

  3. Develop Oil Palm and Tree Crops

    Strengthen perennial crops as long term income generating assets.

  4. Responsible Mineral Development

    Barite, tourmaline, quartz and other resources can support enterprise when properly assessed and developed.

  5. Climate Resilient Agriculture

    Flooding has already been identified as a threat to Biase's farms and food systems, making resilience essential.
